Hi everyone,

I have a 1962 Canadian 5-cent coin and was wondering if there is anything wrong with the rim.

I understand there are quite a few known errors for this year, but I haven't been able to identify any on this coin.

Could someone please take a look and let me know what they think and what it might be worth?

I'm still a beginner with lots to learn. Thank you for your help!

The rim looks normal to me. If you are referring to the 12 sides,
that is normal for Canadian nickels between 1942 and 1962.
Value in that condition is 5 cents.

Agree with JimmyD , a normal coin a bit beat up but a keeper till you get a better one.
