1955 DDO

I just wanted to share a scan that I got from a guy who stopped
by my table 2 weeks ago. I bought some coins off of him and he showed me this one. He sent me a scan the following day. Wish he had a camera shot but what the heck. He's not into coins but knows that he really likes this one :) Well, you never know ? :)I asked him about
the coin being in the flip etc. and he said it's been that way for a long time. His grandmother gave it to him. He is only in his 20's.
He says he keeps it in a safe. I gave him some fatherly advice as to the possible future storage and or slabbing. That flip is getting on in years. I told him as a favor, and free of charge, that I would take care of the coin for him and put it in my safe. Didn't work :)
He chuckled anyway.
