Hello and! I think what you have is DDD, which is Die Deterioration Doubling, minor MD ( Machine Doubling), and circulation wear/damage. Don't take my word for it as I could be wrong, but I don't see any DDO. Happy hunting!

You have Machine Doubling, since the devices have been reduced in size.

Machine Doubling - devices reduced in size and doubling is shelflike.
