Picked this up from my coin shop for $1. Yes, there are some spots on the obverse that aren't so pretty, but it was so cheap I wasn't too worried. Other than the spots, a nice example of a struck through late stage die cap. Thanks for taking a look!

I'd add struck through a deteriorating die cap. The cap appears to be thinning.
