"Swirling concentric die scratches show in the memorial bays both to the left and right of center."......this was listed for a die marker on coppercoins...this zinc cent was preserved in some sort of way for it to be in the condition it is in. I live in Ky, and there is some sort of coin shortage going on here. Banks will not even sell you rolls now unless you run a store or business that needs change. I think because of this is why I am seeing all these odd coins popping up in rolls.While posting the 82, I found a 1970 S. its a large and in bad shape but it is the first one I have ever found in a roll.
