Yes! The colour is ok and maybe it's copper or billon

Ok good to know. I'm not finding a match with Malta, despite that distinctive cross. I'll keep looking though.

I'm no expert but that cross looks like it could be Spanish Knights Templar?
I have quite a few with similar patterns

Yes that Bluzger is similar, but I think that the cross is different. Maybe @nelson is correct and this comes from closer to home for you?

It looks like a very good fit obv, based on the general design and what we can see of the legend. But I am troubled by what appear to be very poorly formed letters (unless this is the result of environmental damage).

Hey design-wise that looks very good. The inscription seems to be different and way more degenerate than I'd expect for 17th century Switzerland though. I wonder if this was an unofficial issue that likely was originally plated to look more like billon?

Hi! Thanks you all for your answers, @Dman95 It looks similar, but It doesn't have the tiny crosses with the bigger one
@Spence I agree with you with the inscriptions, maybe It was a non official issue

... or a contemporary counterfeit. The other coin you posted here http://goccf.com/t/406599also did not appear to be an official real issue. Maybe a few of these have found their way to you?  |
