VG08, possibly details based on the obverse hairlines. Looks like an old cleaning.

I agree with the Bop and the Frog at VG6 level and value but it is a better semi key date and not an eyesore by any means.

I would say this coin's obverse is harshly cleaned and not market acceptable.

VG-08 detail. The obverse (at least) has been cleaned but it could still grade straight. The value may not justify a grading fee however. Best to keep it raw IMO.
