This coin has some concerns on the neck, the cheek near the lip and a rim ding visible at 11 o'clock on the reverse. What is the grade?

Would it detail?

Here's a closeup of the ding:

There is also something else that could affect the grade. I have never seen this before but about 25 % of the coin has a thickness less than the thickness of the other 75% area.

It is wierd but you can push down on this side and the side 180 degrees away will lift up as if the coin was somewhat bent. The cross sectional view does show a very slight bend in the coin.

To sum it up the lever action when pushing down originates from both the bend and the varying thickness.

I'd say VF-30, probably details. I don't think the rim ding would detail it, but the large hit on the neck, the possible corrosion below the date, and the bent planchet might. The variation in thickness might be from a tapered planchet.

Looks to have some obverse corrosion. In combination with several obverse hits and the rim damage, I'd call it a VF Details. What is the weight? Could have been slightly bent and straightened out, given the amount of small marks in the W-SW portion of the obverse.

I'll say VF details (nicks) as well. Color doesn't look right either.

It could be a saltwater find. Shipwreck coins can look like they have two metal layers.

I weighed it to be 10.66 g whereas the official amount should be 10.89 g.

It has to be some sort of mint error since the coin has pretty much undisturbed and well defined devices except for the obv. face dings.

Although it's not the same coin, the color of my coin very closely matches this example coin on both sides:

Time and camera problems prevent me from doing that for a while

1817 N-7 late die stage with a nice mouse on top of the head, corroded, rim damage, not off-center. Sharpness High VF/low XF net maybe G-6, VG-7.
