Found this on one of 1999 D State Quarter. A die line from top right edge to the southwest. Any opinions on this.

Please do not use screen shots, they are too pixilated to see the detail.
It looks like it may be damage but will need a larger clear photo to say for sure.

I am sorry about the screen shot but my Iphone 11 does not have macro for close shots. I am open to suggestions on how to get clear close-ups. I appreciate everyone's input and help on this amazing site. As a beginner it helps tremendously. The line appears to be raised.

I have tried to get better pictures with my basic camera. Not sure if they help.

I used an iPhone 8 for a number of years and found even without a macro lens I could zoom in more than 6X. There is a whole section here on CCF dealing with coin photography, you can go there for more detailed answers. But yes, stay way clear from screenshots!
