What do you think ? It has a glimmer of original lustre. Small die crack, leaf to rim, near 2:00 on the reverse. Strange rims on both sides with flat denticles, that aren't from damage.

more than a glimmer of original lustre - definitely mint state. Nicely toned and a nice strike as well - eye appeal is terrific. I'm still learning copper so I'm not sure where it would fall on the Sheldon scale but 65 seems like a reasonable starting point.

Is that wear on the beads of the obverse starting from 4 O'clock heavily to 7? If so does that exclude an MS grade?

Coinman91, If you look at reverse you will see corresponding weakness from approx 5 to 8. I believe this is caused by a slight thin spot of planchet or an uneven die.

Thanks Nickelsguy! good to know as I always attributed that to wear.
