I have looked at this one till I was dizzy
I'm not sure how NGC came to the grade they did.
It is straight graded .
Lots of luster in hand
Has some scuffs and scratches on the coin and holder.

I'll say AU-58.

I am at MS61. The rub on Liberty's leg and hand may take the coin to 58.

It's clearly cleaned, but it doesn't appear to be a harsh cleaning, so NGC put it in a straight graded holder. My guess is MS61 or 62.

I'd say MS-61. I don't see any obvious wear, but the impaired luster and circulation hits might bring it to AU-58.

NGC put this one at AU-55
In hand I don't see the wear .
It has pretty good luster across the coin .
Maybe there is something I am missing .
I was thinking MS-61 looking at it in hand.
Common year Trade dollar though and I'm not selling it
So I'm happy I paid 55 money.

I would think AU55 $$ would be good. glare could be hiding very slight wear but these photos are not showing it

At AU55 it looks like a UNC Details piece that was silently net graded to AU+ straight grade. The cleaning is readily apparent. I have no problem with it in an AU55 holder but you're right, if it wasn't net-graded then 61 or 62 seems appropriate.
