Box said not to open until 5/21, but was already opened with rolls issued to my change bank! Just sharing with the group. Brought home 4 rolls and 15 loose. many of the loose have very shallow lettering on edge.

Yup, same thing happened with the Harrison dollars. I think I got them a week or so before the release date.

Some people have them on ebay as IN HAND so it is happening for some reason

Yes they are out there. I was at a Coin Show Saturday and saw many rolls. Dealers have connections.
