Apologies for the oversight, joeturbo26. The reason I asked is because... While examining the edge (rim) of your slabbed Lincoln, I noticed a contact mark at the 2 o'clock position. However, it doesn't appear in the first photo you shared.
CoinForMe may have something. good thing you have pre-slab photos. unless something happened to your coin at PCGS to cause that hit this doesn't look like your coin. add to that the grade. this coin is not MS64. I would contact PCGS and review this with them. spend some time to compare the slabbed coin to your photos to see if you can see any other differences.
