I assume the horizontal scratches in the field below LIBERTY are also die polishing lines. While PCGS may not penalize the technical grade, I found them to be visually distracting. I would say PCGS MS64-65RD Nice coin.  Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art |
