Well this coin seems to be a BIE with a grease Cud maybe? Is it possible that the coin has both? Also the 6 in the date may have a grease Cud hanging/attached on it. I don't think it is PMD to that part of the 6. Usually 'Grease' and ' Cud' are not used together to describe a feature on a coin. on the 6 - is a 'Die' chip a 'Grease' filled die will present as reduced or missing parts of a design element. a ' Cud' will be a raised feature up against and involving the rim of a coin and is normall higher than the rim itself.
