Can you tell me if this mint mark look normal? Just looks thicker and inside the curves looks raised on some parts.Thanks!

Looks normal to me.
Don't forget these are hand punched and
minor anomolies are sure to occur.

May be a small die chip you're seeing, aside from that pretty normal looking cent. Some would save for copper value, me it's a spender.
