Landlord charges ridiculous fees for any kind of debit or credit card and offers no kind of online payment. Have to drive across town once a month to put the payment in their little slot. hokiefan_82 Pillar of the Community United States 3712 Posts	Posted Yesterday 10:00 pm I still write a few checks to avoid high credit card fees, but I could replace those with ACH payments. The few remaining checks I write, like for our yard guy and handymen we use for landscaping and work on our house, I could just switch to cash.
