At first when I found this quarter (By coincidence the exact same year and mintmark as the one posted previously) I thought it was just another Strike Doubling.

I noticed something odd though below the "n" in "In god", and I can't really make out what it is. Is it post-mint damage? Theres also slight doubling to the right, but I believe its Strike Doubling.

My guess would be a crack in the die caused it or some kind of debris in the die opposed to post-mint damage. I would agree with the Strike Doubling.

1994 was a good year for Machine Doubling. I have several examples of this kind of damage.
