4 1858 IH's in circulated condition.....they seem to be "pattern" coins NIFC. What are your thoughts? Genuine or not?

I know there is a 1858 Indian cent, as to whether someone would have 4 of them......

What are the odds...of 4 "pattern" cents turning up in one source--all heavily circulated? How was that group assembled?
"Found at an estate sale" sounds a bit like famous last words to me--and a red flag. Small pics don't help either.
