1935A North Africa F-C Block Silver Certificate.
The Certificate also has an ERROR.

So what do you think about the Certificate and what do you think the price is going for?

Close to a thousand perharps. They sold one last year(FC block, no error and graded 65) for $800. You selling it or wanting to buy? Either or, good luck on a very nice note!

Unfortunately that is how a lot of them look. All cut tight to the top from my experience.
