WheatBack Pillar of the Community United States 2851 Posts	Posted 12/24/2013 4:03 pm As coin collectors, there's probably always that one piece you've been wanting and just haven't bought it because maybe it's a little too steep in price or the time hasn't been right. Well it is Christmas, right? The season of giving! I've been really wanting a 1922 $20 Gold Certificate, so that's what I got for myself. It's not in the best of condition, but I have one now and I'm very excited about it. So, have you made any purchases that you would consider being a gift to yourself? But anyways, because of this the wife and I decided to each just spend +/- $500 on ourselves.... But I actually didn't buy any coins, I think I'm in one of "those phases" right now.
