coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/13/2015 09:26 am If you can see under the plating in that area and it is plated, then it was a struck through foil issue. If you see zinc, then it might be a split plating issue that happened during the strike. Hard to tell from just an image. Report this Post to the Staff
