Some tiny green spots start around few letters on a 1911 large cent with wood finish. What can I do to stop and removed thoses tiny green spots? The coin is EF.

This is called Verdigris, first you need to conserve the coin using an acetone bath, or Verdi-care (please search for proper techniques), but secondly, you need to address the storage of the coin(s) verdigris is a moisture issue. You need to include desiccant in your storage area to absorb this unwanted moisture.

It could also be PVC damage, which is caused (despite its name) by the plasticizers in plastics. If it's stored in a soft flip or other soft plastic holder, that could be the culprit.
