It's pretty common in this kind of condition. Certainly one worth more than a cent, but probably not worth much more than a dollar full retail.

Obverse looks sorta VF, reverse sorta VG, so I'll say F-12 net.

Yup, VF20 Details. I'd hold onto it. Not flip worthy to me but would definitely find a home in my wheat bag!
