Not sure if it's the lighting or there are surface problems. Looks MS-66 if that's not corrosion setting in.

Probably at least 67.. Not sure what the light is hiding if anything.. I counted about three spots on the obv

I do know the 74s that I sent in was clean like this, and I expected 68.. but it had some spotting on it, that isny as noticable in hand.. it seems marks are put aside when it comes to spotting.. it can have marks and grade up but if it has a few carbon spots it will be at 67, no matter how clean and lustrous it is

Im just wondering, as I freed over 50 ikes from govt. Packaging this weekend that I have.. the ikes had started to get pvc issues, does this coin have pvc issues? The only reason I ask is the field breaks which is probably lighting.. I stand by my grade, just thought I would ask
