I would say dipped and retoned, but that has no affect on value in today's market. The grade looks MS, but I can't give you a specific number, The 1824 half is VF-30/35. That scratch may "details" it, though. The 1820 half is EF-40. That scratch may also "details" it. Could you post a larger image of the 1884 Morgan? Is that an S I see below the wreath?
