Absolute numismatic art. Peripheral bullseye toning is my absolute favorite of all toning possibilities.
Having such exceptional toning on obverse and reverse makes this even nicer.
This is the type of coin where "Book price" is tossed out the window. When folks talk about outrageous prices for toners, this is an example of one that meets that definition.

I am legitimately surprised it didn't get a 65, that one little nick on the cheek shouldn't have kept it a 64 honestly. The toning is AMAZING! Honestly the eye appeal of this coin is a solid 65 to 65+. I would love a nice piece like that in my collection. Perhaps I will post my crazy toner an 1890 Morgan later today after work, (blue, red, pink, green colors galore)
