Surfaces dull and lifeless, scroll at hand looks off, toes look off. Overall appearance is not very reassuring. I can't make a call on fake or real from these pictures, but I will say that it needs professional authentication. At best, it's a harshly cleaned, severely overdipped AU details coin. One thing you can do is ask the seller to weight it for you. If it matches expected silver weight (27.22 grams), with this level of detail, it's very highly likely to be genuine.
