1992-D Washington Quarter- Questions- Coin Machine Reject

I have a questions about this '92 quarter, I have tried to put it in 4 different coin machines and each one has spat it back out... I even though it back in a few times and still out it came... weight comes up 5.6 which isn't super low, and it is the same size as a normal quarter from what I can tell... What would cause this to continually be rejected? Before I weighed it, I thought maybe a planchet error, but since the weight isn't super off I came to you all! Thanks in advance! How does the edge look--pretty normal? Big-Kingdom Pillar of the Community United States 1667 Posts	Posted 08/05/2019 06:11 am My thought is a problem with the edge, or maybe it's warped or not round which we wouldn't really be able to tell from these pictures since noNE are really addressed. A picture of the edge and the entire coin might help. I always have one or two quarters machines won't take, I just spend the at a store the next time shopping to get rid of them.
