I received this in a lot of ancient coins I just purchased. I have no idea if this is an actual coin or just junk. Has anyone seen anything like this? Copper/bronze, 5.7g and 17mm. Both sides look the same except the lines on the second side are perpendicular to the lines on the front.

Maybe a weight?....Left hand weight looks similar to yours with parallel lines...These are on vcoins..

It's 5.7 grams and 13mm. I wrote 17 in the original post but it's definitely 13mm.
