panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18771 Posts	Posted 03/05/2021 11:48 am the 91(P) is known for weak strikes. this one exhibits a stronger than average strike. luster appears to be broken on both sides in places. surface preservation is showing quite a few ticks, scratches and marks especially on the obverse. the eye appeal takes a little hit do to all the marks and the discoloration. I still think it would net grade at MS63 as the reverse is a solid 64 imo. Report this Post to the Staff
