I am using the RedBook specs until I can pick up a Photograde...I consider this F (full branches on fasces and diagonal bands worn nearly flat)...cross examination and why you give it that grade? Thanks gang!

I would actually call it F-12. F/VF reverse, but the obverse brings it down IMO.

That is an F12 or F15 coin.

Your description of the reverse is accurate.
