2018 D Quarter . Was This A Collar Issue?

jfeed Pillar of the Community United States 1289 Posts	Posted Yesterday 9:39 pm Good evening CCF. This one has me kind of baffled. First, let me say that it was very difficult to get good photos of the edge that shows the reeding only on about 1/2 of the coins "thickness". The nickel plating is the same way. What reeding that's there is very well defined. There's also some reeding shown on the reverse near the rim.. I'm guessing that it has something to do with the collar..Misaligned, broken or not properly seated. Thanks for your help and comments.
