Fairly rare to see double struck Kennedy halves. This one is pretty far off but shows a distorted E of Liberty and some of the hairline in the second strike. It's quite hard to make out but I do not believe this was struck uniface as some of the lettering from the second strike seems to be in there amid the slide on the reverse.

That is unusual, 2nd strike out of collar?

Thanks for the comments! Is the second strike out of collar? I think it kind of has to be to be off center, but is the collar undeployed I can not say.
