I included 2 images of the full reverse with different lighting. Possibly Feeder Finger Damage?

A extreme example of Feeder Finger Damage. Great find! Definitely a keeper.

When I first saw it, I thought roller lines but then picked up on some raised spots. That's when I looked closer turning the coin and playing with lighting.
