F-12 at best...worth about 35 cents

BAsed on that pic I would call it a strong F-12, I would need to see a closer pic. I think I see a good deal of detail in the hair, and the face looks like it is pretty well detailed.
do be more specific we would need a more detailed picture of the obverse and a picture of the reverse. It is just conjecture right now.

VG to F, could tell if there was a pic of the reverse.

I would give the obverse a VF-20 from what I could see in the photograph. We would need a photograph of the reverse to properly grade the coin as a whole.

Althought the grade hardly matters at this level, I will go through the exercise for education sake. Whether the coin be a VG, F, or VF it's still worth less than a buck.
This coin shows F15/VF20 details but is pitted, a sign that it has spent some time under ground. With that being the case, it would need to be net graded. Pretending this is a 1914D and net grading would be important, I would call this VF details, net F12 pitted and corroded. It should sell at Fine money.
