Thanks for the help guys, now where should I purchase them? Do you think I could hand pick very good Franklin's for 450 for the entire set?

I personally like to see a coin in hand before I purchase it. I would recommend that you visit a coin show, if that is possible. A coin shop would be a second choice, but your selection may be limited.
