1982 LMC Question - Cud?

So, I'm new to both collecting and grading. Anyway, I was sorting through some 1982's that I had set aside with the intent of finding all 7 varieties.

Anyway, this is a zinc cent, and it has a large bump above the date, and to the right of Lincoln's chin. It is really much more noticeable in person than it is in the scan. Is this a Cud? If so, does it increase the value at all?

No it is not a Cud, it is probably a plating bubble. A Cud always extends to the rim and is the result of part of the die breaking away. If this were a copper cent I would say die chip.

Looks like a zinc, it's a plating bubble.
