Sure enough, NOW the 3 is clear on the S coin. Still, I would not buy it and spend that kind of money without it being rated by one of the 4 TPGs. So if I am to get her a good value on the coin, off to ANACS it goes. Along with the two 32 D&S Washington quarters in this collection.
