I dont see much sign of wear on the obverse and the eyebrow seems to be all there, so in my opinion I would say EF however the eye appeal leaves alot to be desired.. Report this Post to the Staff

That would severly cut down in the value of the coin - not something that I would want to display in any of my books, just put it in a roll Report this Post to the Staff
