What do you think about grades on these two coins I just purchased? I didn't think I did to bad picking these up for around Melt value.

I think you did just fine, CB, they look at least AU, if not better.

Thanks,

I was thinking they would make mintstate. although, I do not have much experience grading Elizabeth II and newer coins.

They look at least MS60 to me.

If you go by the guidance in the "asyn" thread....knock them down two grades and you've got an MS62 and 63!

Good price for them!

I think most people see "asyn's" listing's and ignore them (or block them all together) because they know the coins are over graded.

I have purchased several coins from him in the past - mostly newer stuff - and didn't have a problem with the quality. If I recall, the shipping time was a little slower than from some other Canadian sellers, but did't have any problems.

I found his shipping was faster than most other sellers.

Any other opinions on grade?

I have also bought from them and was happy with the coins and grades I expected . I just don't understand why they would want all the extra grief they create for themselves by blatantly overgrading. They offer a nice variety of stuff that goes at a fair price, why the overgrading game?

High number (As in grading) & decent looking coin, incites people to bid. It works every time.
