Just wondering if anyone knows if all the unc coins will be struck in Philly?

Last time I checked both the bullion and uncirculated versions come from Philadelphia.
Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait to get that vapor blasted beauty.

I believe the mint only has 1 machine capable of doing the 5 ounce coins. So Philly it is...

Thanks. That makes sense. I really didn't think of that when I asked.

Uhh, I'm new to this topic in particular... Can someone explain to me what's going on and why such a simple question has 119 pages of answers?

Because when the thread was started the series was dying hard and then the mintage figures came out and everyone jumped on the low mintage = rarity = high value bandwagon and now people are trying to catch up on obtaining the series. I picked up the Vicksburg because I had actually been there and then I admit I jumped on the bandwagon later on.

I am still amazed how the two different coins (bullion and P) can BOTH be attractive in totally different ways. The bullion can be extremely reflective and almost proof like and the P version is so refined and different....

Although this thread may have started out as titled, it has become a discussion of the recent offerings etc. We like it!

It's a single thread that dedicated to ATB 5ozers. We like to keep things simple and just follow one thread.

I really like both versions of the pucks but I think one year they should do proof coins instead of vapor blasting. I think the silver proof quarters look better than these two versions.

These are so detailed that I think an enhanced version (like the 2013 Enhanced ASE) would look great.

An enhanced Arches and Everglades might be the standouts in the series. Looking forward to those two in watery deep mirror bullion. The vapor-Ps should be really fantastic too.
