Thanks for the info, Penny Guy.
The pictures seem to give it a more browner tone than it really has. Probably due to the auto correct. The higher points and the rim are really a lighter, yellower brown so I think I will go with brass.
I would love to be wrong though!

I started collecting CWT's, back in the mid-1960's. My first one was the Lincoln/OK token. I thought it neat, a glimpse into the then future, that Abe then got to see his image on a circulating, copper penny token. Curious about the history of this token, it wasn't too long before I discovered and purchased the Fulds' little black booklets on patriotics and storecards; this, during the centennial of the Civil War.
I still have that token, too. The reverse has long piqued my curiosity, what with the obscure definition of OK, encircleded by 13 conjoined links. In effect, it's a nineteenth century chain cent!
Now, during the sesquicentennial years, as evidenced in the marketplace, interest in the series is again gaining momentum. This interest is likely being fueled in part by the release of the Bowers' new book on CWT's. Also, the internet makes it much easier to find and share information about this historic series. I find that one of the great aspects of collecting CWT's is that there are no pesky album holes to fill. A collector is free to define his own collection.

Hello CCF, has anyone seen the This reverse on this token, The ORB I have shows the Obverse which I believe is the Cigar side. Page 82, OH-165CJ-10a show a different reverse than the one I have. I can't locate it in the Flud guide I have but mine is very old 1960 guide. I have several others I will be posting as well. Thank you David

Here is another one again ORB shows it as NY-630AK-2a, The Rider is the same but the reverse is different. I am a bit surprised the ORB is not more complete. What am I missing?

arby96's two tokens: scale die 1331 (reverse) and John Sherer die PA-013-F (obverse)
rider die 1162 (reverse) and Hussey's Special Message Post die NY-630-AK (obverse)
FYI - On many store cards, the store info is considered the obverse.

Glad I could contribute some info to this amazing thread.
I did a Google search to see if I could find out more about that token and I saw that article and wanted to pass on the info to everyone here.
