Hello, I was just wondering the value of these two 1963 red seal $5 dollar notes. The one on bottom is still crispy. Should I hang on to them?

IMO they are both keepers. According to my standard catalog of paper money those notes list for $8 in F $15 in XF,and $35 for CHU.
Hard to tell from the pic but yours look to be F maybe VF.

I would definitely hang on to them, especially the bottom one.

Put them in between some clean/white paper and stick them in a book. Note what book and page they are on in your inventory. It helps press them a little. The heavier the book the better.
