Found this 2012 25 cents with a double die revers.
You can easily see split sherifs on these pictures. Some pictures were modified to compare a normal 2012 25 cents (red outline) to this one.

Seems like circulated coin quality gets lousier every year. On the bright side it brings up some new varieties!
