I'm not very good at grading...would you lose a "grade" for gouges? If so MS-62RD (besides I had so say a lower grade than my 70s Small date) :P

I have seen mint set coins with these gouges--the packaging was suprisingly poor.

MS-63 if it didn't have the gouges and MS-62 as it sits.
