1830 Bust Half: Large Letter Variety?

Based on the date....18 noticeably higher than 30.Stars drawn to edge. _Reverse. Left sides of D and E in line and C almost touching the olive branch... others may come to a different decision.... Definitely normal letters... The E in States is the key..it would be as large as the T in the large letter variety edited for clarification..
