By "is there more then 1"...are you asking if this is a unique error? It is hard to tell how many clipped palnchet errors there are for any particular year/mintage. Your is a very nice clip with obvious Blakesley Effect.

For starters it silver so it's a keeper.The planchet clip look real to me. I have no idea what the "type c rev" is.I'm just a penny person and I don't know much about quarters.

Just to get info and learn.When you say Blakesley Effect, r you talking about the spot opposite side where it is clip ?

Yeah. The missing piece means there's no counter-pressure at the opposite point for the rim upsetting machine, so the rim ends up sorta flattened out in that area. Although not present on every incomplete planchet coin, it's a clue that it's authentic.

I see yes it looks like it is Type c rev. I bought this from a coin shop years ago.
