And since the current year on the Islamic calendar is 1432, I think that the coin is dated 1919 and 1960. So I have a feeling that this is from 1960. Report this Post to the Staff

He was the last King (Shah) of Afghanistan, reigning for four decades, from 1933 until he was ousted by a coup in 1973 (a coup by his cousin Mohammed Daoud Khan while the Shah was in Italy undergoing eye surgery). Following his return from exile he was given the title 'Father of the Nation' in 2002 which he held until his death. Report this Post to the Staff
