Going through a bunch of stuff today came accross this 2005 Alberta 25 cent looks like it was struck through thoughts ? forgot about it put in my coin drawer quite awhile ago. Cleaning out and sorting was getting a little messy. Also found a 1940 Newfoundland cent re 19 and 0 and looks like the DE in DEI is missing having a hardtime get a good picture any advice on shooting copper.

I would say so! It's quite a dramatic example. Cool find!

Is there any premium for these I am thinking selling it, not really my interest. I am more into die cracks and vicky stuff like my 1858

If it were a US coin I know for a fact that it would have a premium, maybe $5-$10 or more as it's placement, from an error collector's pov, couldn't get much better. Wait for SPP-Ottawa or errorone2012 to chime in or give them a pm. They are very knowledgable when it comes to errors, especially Canadian errors.

Very desirable error. There is a premium for these strikethroughs (in this case, probably water). The estimate by ErrorCoins 222 is quite accurate.
